This land has been ruled by many nobles. The kingdom sees rulers change after the nobles feud. Its not uncommon for solders from the different lords to control a city. The only time the nobles have come together was during the GreyHawk War and the Great Noble Crusade. Its now 625 – there were stories of the plague that swept through the far Kingdom of the Pale Theocracy a couple years ago. Now we are seeing our prisons full in each city, and the courts can’t keep up with the sentencing demands of the prisons. We like peace, but it seems like there have been random imprisonments.  Who is causing the lack of peace.
